Embarking on my internship journey with Ethos has been an incredibly enriching and transformative experience. From the moment I joined the company, I was eager to dive into every opportunity to learn and gain practical experience across various fields. My time at Ethos has not only honed my professional skills but also deepened my understanding of sustainable and impactful business practices.

One of the key areas I focused on during my internship was communication. Ethos places a strong emphasis on effective and efficient communication, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Docs, and other collaborative platforms. Through these channels, I learned how to streamline communication processes, ensuring that every team member is aligned and informed. This experience enhanced my communication and  management skills significantly.

In addition to communication, I had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of closing deals. Ethos provided a supportive environment where I could observe and participate in negotiations and client meetings. This hands-on experience taught me valuable strategies for building relationships, understanding client needs.

During my Ethos internship, I significantly developed my confidence in both asking questions and public speaking. Initially hesitant to speak up, I learned that seeking clarification is essential for growth. A pivotal moment was a public speaking module training where I was tasked with presenting a topic. This experience taught me to think quickly on my feet and prepare thought-provoking speeches, greatly enhancing my communication skills. Through these experiences, I became more articulate and self-assured, realizing the importance of effective communication in a professional setting.
