When I joined Ethos, I was keen to see the practicality of running and managing a startup, managing and mitigating risk and I am glad to say that my expectations were exceeded.

From the basics of doing proposals, to company set up, to advising on all legal aspects (both regulatory and compliance) pertaining to Ethos as a startup, the internship was worthwhile. I also had an opportunity to enhance my digital skills through creating online surveys.

I believe the skills acquired at Ethos have made me a better lawyer because I am now able to see things from a business (client's) perspective when offering legal advice.

Fresh out of university, where my mind was filled with only engineering and classwork concepts, I was motivated to join ETHOS to find a workplace that could create a balance between real-world experience and school knowledge. ETHOS provided me with a practical, real-world education that went beyond the classroom- one of my best professional decisions.
